Market Wharf Condominiums

Three times the green power

Client Context

Market Wharf’s architecture provides three separate rooftop areas, each serving a distinct function. The first roof garden is a large wood exercise deck adjacent to the indoor gym, shaded by a grove of honey locust trees and protected by windscreens. The second supports trees, shrubs and grasses creating an attractive focal point for the adjacent residential units and the tower above.

The third roof garden is a south-facing outdoor amenity area with ornamental grasses, chaise lounges, barbecues and seating to enjoy the relaxing lake view. At street level, seasonal bulbs, ground covers, shrubs and canopy trees provide a gracious public realm.
