The Mystery Mine dark-ride roller coaster opened in 2007 to critical acclaim and takes guests on an exciting, ‘gob-smacking’ journey through a haunted mine, themed around the early 1900's era of hard-rock shaft mining operations in the region.

The ride was the winner of Theme Park Insider’s "2007 Best New Theme Park Attraction" award. Forrec's scope encompassed master planning, programming, storyline creation and comprehensive design documentation.
