The Malaysia park will be the first LEGOLAND in Asia with a targeted opening of Spring 2012. The 26 hectare, 230 million USD park will include over 40 attractions and will be based on the LEGOLAND Deutschland park with some modifications to the creative and program. LLM was designed to consider the amount of sun and rain in the region to include a greater amount of shade trees and canopies. In addition, this park will operate all-year long.
