As one of the most frequently attended theme parks in the world, Everland needed to prepare for expansion and redevelopment in order to meet growing demand. Forrec was retained in 2001 to review and assess the existing facilities, attractions and revenue centers in order to recommend a direction for future growth. The resulting master plan was used as the road map for future development, renovations and expansion. Included are recommendations for new creative concepts and theme zones.
