Acting as the lead consultant, Forrec managed an international design team for Phase 1 of this 35 acre theme park that is a major component of a large entertainment resort. Forrec oversaw all aspects of design to ensure continuity of the master plan and project co-ordination through design documentation. Forrec was also responsible for the architectural design of the Teen Zone and the Main Gate areas, plus area development for the entire project and site supervision through construction.
