Thanh Xuan is a landmark destination in a rapidly developing area of Hanoi, It consists of residential, retail and commercial environments, blended into an urban park. The site topography has been re-formed to include a large planted knoll and a dramatic three-storey sunken courtyard, allowing the park to wrap over and around the development, and even to descend down into it. From the edge of a small adjacent lake, a waterfall cascades into the lower plaza spaces.
