This lifestyle retail/entertainment center is the second town center in the heart of the largest retirement development in Florida. Based on arranging the commercial units in the form of a traditional 19th Century waterfront town, the resulting commercial retail and consumer services were planned to provide easy and convenient access and customer parking all within the context of a quaint small town atmosphere.
