Forrec was retained to master plan this mixed-use development that includes retail and residential components. The key element is a landmark 50 story residential tower that will be the highest in Mumbai.

The scope of work includes the overall site plan, landscape design, the mall’s interior design and exterior façade, the residential towers and club house facilities.
