Taking advantage of a sloping urban site, Neptune's Living Point weaves retail and residential components into a mixed-use community that gently descends the hillside in a series of landscaped terraces with water, greenery and dramatic architectural elements. The signature element of the project is a landmark 50-story residential tower that will be the highest in the city.
