Forrec’s directive was to master plan and provide detail design for a 10-acre retail, entertainment and commercial development which would act as the ‘Downtown Core’ for an adjoining 100-acre gated high-rise community. The design is evocative of a small city: organized around public squares, streets and plazas that stimulate traffic flow between the retail and entertainment anchors, while offering a variety of active and passive experiences for visitors and residents.
