Puteri Harbour is a four-storey entertainment centre that combines several strong brands under one roof. A large organizational central atrium links ground floor ticketing, retail space and themed restaurant to the upper levels. On the second level is the Sanrio Heartful Party, based on the Hello Kitty theme. The third and fourth levels house the Little Big Club, presenting the best-known brands from HiT Entertainment, including Barney, Pingu, Angelina Ballerina, Bob the Builder and Thomas the Tank Engine.
