Forrec was commissioned to design a new integrated retail/entertainment experience for this 200,000 sq.ft. centre. The concept establishes forms of entertainmen precincts that flow seamslessly throughout the mall and unify it. As well, there are specialty retail streets that are designed to mimic the outdoor shopping experiences.
