Forrec has been asked to masterplan an exciting and comprehensive mixed-use development complex. One part of the complex will be devoted to film production including working studios, post-production facilities and a film school. The other part will be a mixed-use development of retail, food, cinemas, commercial towers, a media centre and a theatre with conference centre and hotels.
