Dedicated to mankind's passion for merriment and spectacle, Celebration place was designed to become the park's geographic and spiritual heart. The proposed central icon, a glittering beacon of techno-artistry and its adjacent buildings, would house a programme saluting the strength and culture of the Korean people.
